For arrest: press ''P'' near a ped while having a 9mm in your hand to arrest him (You have 50 percent of possibilities for arrest for a civilian and 10 Percent for a gang member.) Then if they puts his hands up enter in your car And wait while HQ dont give u permission to thake suspect away. Then the suspect wil eter in your car and you can thake him to any police dept. (LSPD,SFPD,LVPD or The SF train station.) than stop the car make the suspect exit and you have arrested him. Now you can arrest another person.
